Shipping & Returns


All orders ship within two business days via USPS. Please note that we are based in Vermont so shipping times could be affected by winter weather.

You will be sent tracking information for your order via e-mail or text but please contact us if you did not receive it. If the tracking information shows that your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your post office before you contact Lily Hill. They are often able to locate these types of packages.


All sales final. We do not accept returns. We will happily replace or refund a product if you are not satisfied with what you have received; or if what you received was damaged or defective. 

Please provide your name and order number when contacting us so we can quickly send out a replacement or issue a refund. 


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

We will pay for shipping for replacements and will refund shipping when refunding orders.
