Shipping & Returns


Each product page tells you when your order will ship (look for the box beneath the "add to cart" button). Please be aware that this is the date your order will leave our headquarters, NOT the date it is expected to arrive. We will ship your order via USPS and your order will ship on that date no matter which shipping option you choose. 

We cannot accommodate overnight shipping at this time.

You will be sent tracking information for your order via e-mail or text but please contact us if you did not receive it. If the tracking information shows that your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your post office before you contact Lily Hill. They are often able to locate these types of packages.


We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Please note that if you select this option during checkout, your order will be shipped at the lowest available USPS rate. Orders under 16 ounces (most orders) will default to first class shipping and orders over 16 ounces will be shipped via Priority Mail. 


CBD Products. All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We will happily replace or refund a product if you are not satisfied with what you have received; or if what you received was damaged or defective.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. We will pay for shipping for replacements and will refund shipping when refunding orders. Please provide your name and order number when contacting us so we can quickly send out a replacement or issue a refund. 

Merchandise. Merchandise (hats and shirts) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange for a return.
