When will my order ship?

All orders ship within two business days via USPS. Please note that we are based in Vermont so shipping times could be affected by winter weather.

My tracking information says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it.

If the tracking information shows that your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your post office before you contact Lily Hill. They are often able to locate these types of packages.

My item arrived in damaged condition.
