My order didn't go through but my card was charged.

If your credit card was declined, your bank will put a hold on the funds- we did not charge you for the order! Please wait 24 hours and check again; if the charges have not cleared, call your bank and also let us know.

The tracking info says that my order was delivered but I haven't received it.

If the tracking information shows that your order has been "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your post office before contacting Lily Hill. They are often able to locate these types of packages; if they can't locate it, please let us know.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days (please allow longer after sales as we are shipping a higher volume of orders). You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping dates!
